As a mom of two I have definitely dealt with all the fun things postpartum has to offer: ab separation, urinary incontinence, lower back pain, etc. Through strengthening my core and pelvic floor I have been able to heal and fix these things I was experiencing postpartum. I became a certified pre/postnatal fitness trainer to help other moms and women strengthen their core and heal after having babies! Core focused pilates is such a game changer as a mom! Pilates works your deep core and pelvic floor while strengthening your whole body! It can also be done with minimal equipment, and in short sessions. I have seen amazing results in my core and full body and can be the best mom I can be for my kids :)
