 There is nothing like a sunny workout after a long winter season. This challenge is one of my favorite to get ready for summer weather & outdoor activities. You'll be able to enjoy you summer with more energy while reaching your goals & trying something new. This is an add-on to your daily routine, starting with lower intensities & progressing to a skill level to be able to accomplish a FINAL challenge after 8 weeks. This program can be modified to any skill level but don't let it fool you. Each week gets harder, get ready to push the limits of what you thought you could do.
