Strength and empower is a program for you to feel good while lifting weights. The exercises are split it into two upper and two lower body days. It will take about 30-40 minutes. There is also a core day. This is to add into your upper or lower body days. You can either do it with the workout or later in the day. Ideally you will add this in twice a week. There are two core circuits, pick one each time.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
