What are the goals of the program? 2 metcon style workouts per week designed to work towards improving your strength, endurance and conditioning.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? From beginner to advanced. Each workout can be modified appropriately to challenge any fitness level.
What do I need to participate in this program? Access to a gym or home gym with specified equipment.
How to schedule the program into a week? A great addition to your weekly strength training. As there are only 2 dropping each week, and they are typically more taxing, I would suggest spreading them out at least 3 to 4 days apart. Add them in whenever fits your current training schedule.
How to get the best outcome of the program? By being consistent and ensuring that you give your full effort each training session. Full effort may look different each day, so simply aim to do your best!
