How to schedule the program into a week?
4 to 5 days of training with 2-3 rest days. I always recommend training no more then 2 to 3 days in a row, and taking 1 day off to follow. Try to avoid training 5 days in a row if possible, as it becomes harder for your body to recover.

Cool Finally did correctly the ampr but its just uncomfortable changing so much, between weights but manageable and it rocks!!!!

Dude! I didn’t understand the ampr at the end and i was doing each ex for 8 min jajaja dead!!! Next time i do it correct I like it!!!!
