Complete push day with functional core included.

- Start by standing tall, with feet staggered, and a cable handle in each hand
- Bring your hands together engaging your chest
- Pause and let your arms return back to the starting position

Cable chest flies

- From an incline bench and a dumbbell in each hand
- Lower dumbbells down to the chest keeping wrists neutral
- Straighten elbows and press back up

Incline dumbbell chest press

- From high plank position and a dumbbell behind one hand
- Use the opposite arm to reach across bringing the dumbbell to the other side 
- Repeating back and forth for desired time or reps

Plank with Dumbbell Pass*

Assisted Tricep Dips

- Keep your elbows close to your body
- Extend your arms engaging your triceps 
- Reach full extension and return to a 90 degrees angle

Tricep extension

- Come up engaging your core
- Pause and lower slowly

Situps

I had an issue with the squat from a kneel workout simply because I got some busted knees. So I instead opted out and did sets where I stood up on a box with the desired leg and when I cameback down, did the squat there. Is this working out the same location?

I’m going to feel this tomorrow for sure lol but it was good !
