Hi Slayer! My name is Ali and I was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis at the age of 15, which then turned into severe Rheumatoid Arthritis when I hit 22. I went from being a competitive swimmer who attended 2 Junior Olympics to giving up fitness entirely. It wasnât until 10 years later till I attempted to workout again. I certainly wasnât as fit as I had been as a teenager (I mean who is?!) but I decided to stay consistent no matter what! Fast forward 5 years and Iâm now an NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist, working out 6 days a week! My goal as a trainer is to prove to others that we can move our bodies in a fun SAFE way, regardless of limitation. I created these programs for those just starting fitness, getting back into fitness or for those who are currently flaring but want to get moving in a more modified way.
