What are the goals of the program? The goals of this program are getting in effective workouts in a timely manner and if you’re pregnant, building or maintaining muscle throughout your pregnancy.
How to schedule the program into a week? This program is designed to be flexible. You can decide to do five workouts during the week, or pick and choose your favorite three to do.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts are for both the beginner, and those who are used to training and working out.
I’m not pregnant. Can I still do this program? Absolutely! You don’t have to be pregnant in order to complete this program and do the workouts. Depending on where you’re at in your postpartum journey, you can also do this program after baby is born.
What do I need to participate in this program? The workouts either require no equipment at all, or utilize resistance bands, dumbbells, and/or a yoga mat.
