How to schedule the program into a week?
This program is to be done 3 times out of the week. However, keep in mind that you might need to adjust the amount of days and workout less. Pick three days out of the week, giving yourself about a half hour to complete your workout. It’s okay if you need to break the workout up throughout the day!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts are for any skill level! They’re also beneficial even if you’re postpartum.
