It was good! Second move is missing tracker item but all else Was great! This works better on my phone than in the iPad. It doesn't spin on the screen 😀

It was great functional workout day 1! It took me a bit to get into a rhythm but I loved it once I got there!

Great core workout! Question: the leg lift/lowers say 40 reps per set. Should that be 40 seconds like all the other exercises?
