Start with your feet wider than shoulder distance apart and a dumbbell in the middle of your feet.
Bend at the hips to grab one end of the dumbbell with both hands and arms hanging in front of you.
Keep your core tight and lift the dumbbell by extending your legs and standing up straight.
Make sure the chest and head stay lifted, and lower down until the dumbbell passes through the knees. Your weight should remain in your heels. Bend through the hips and knees. Once you’ve reached the lowest point in your squat, extend back up to standing.

Sumo DB RDL

Feet should be wide enough to create a neutral Q-Angle. ie. Toes, ankle, knee, hip alignment.
“Back” foot should be positioned so that it barely contributes to the lift.
Too far forward and the knee might get in the way or its contributing so little to stability you mind as well not use it.
Too far back and it’s going to be a kickstand
Generally, the best foot placement is with the toes in line with the front side heel.
Hinge at the hips pushing your hips backwards keeping a neutral spine, lower the weight to the mid shin or until you feel a stretch. Push through your heel and return to standing position and alternate legs while walking

Awesome workout! I never sweat this much! Also, thank you for adding your Spotify playlist, it helps keep me in the right mindset during the workout.

My legs are shaking And I’m sweating!!!This workout was just enough intensity to feel the burn. 4th day and I already feel the changes. 🤩

I’ve lost about 65lbs with just diet from April- Oct. So, It’s my first time working out in a long time. So it was challenging. But worth it. I just did body weight for now until in comfortable with weights.
