Bear Tap + Push Back

Get into a high plank position. Place your hands about 36 inches apart. This will be your starting position.
Lower yourself down until your chest almost touches the floor as you inhale (your elbows should be at a 45-degree angle. Not straight out to the side) Next, breathe out and press your upper body back into the starting position. Keep your core tight and press though your palms.
Repeat this pattern for the desired number of repetitions.

Push-Up

Squat Jump + Knee Taps

- Keep your elbow underneath your shoulder, and feet stacked on top of each other
(Modified version shown in clip is utilizing your lower leg for support, bending at the knee and planting your leg on the floor) 
- Press your hips toward the ceiling to make a straight line from head to toe
- Bring the top leg towards your elbow engaging your obliques

Elbow side plank crunches

Keep both feet on the floor and extend your arm toward the ceiling. Maintaining the elevation of your hips and position of your feet, then reach your right arm underneath your torso without allowing your hips to rotate.

Side Plank Pull Through

Superset

Begin standing with your legs shoulder-width apart.
Place your hands on the floor and kick your legs back so you end up with your stomach and thighs on the floor. Your elbows should be bent.
From this position, press up like you're doing a push-up and push your hips up.
Jump your feet under your hips and stand.
Finish the movement by jumping in the air and bringing your hands over your head.
Repeat.
