How to schedule the program into a week? This program is split up into days one through five. Feel free to complete the workouts whatever day of the week works best for you. Just make sure to go in numerical order as that’s how the program is designed.
What do I need to participate in this program? Access to a gym is needed for this program. If you are looking to complete a home transformation program.

How will I get the best results? * Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must)
* Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app)
* Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily
* Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover
* Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts are highly recommended
