This 7-day program is your introduction to my training style: a blend of strength work, mobility flows, and foundational conditioning that helps you build consistency without overwhelm. It’s designed to show you what’s possible when you combine intentional movement with guidance that actually makes sense for real life. Inside this mini-program, you’ll: - Build strength through functional, accessible exercises - Improve mobility and joint control (so you feel better in AND out of the gym) - Learn proper movement patterns you’ll keep using long-term - Break through that “I don’t know where to start” barrier - Get a feel for the structure and clarity my coaching provides But let me be real — this is just the intro level of what I do. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
