This fitness challenge is designed specifically for busy moms who want to get fit without needing to leave their homes. The program consists of 5 high-intensity, CrossFit-style workouts that can be done in under an hour, using minimal equipment each week. Each session combines exercises like jump rope, running, kettlebells, box jumps, bodyweight exercises, and dumbbell exercises to maximize results in a short time frame. Biking, slam ball and barbell work will be optional.
