About the program

This fitness challenge is designed specifically for busy moms who want to get fit without needing to leave their homes. The program consists of 5 high-intensity, CrossFit-style workouts that can be done in under an hour, using minimal equipment each week. Each session combines exercises like jump rope, running, kettlebells, box jumps, bodyweight exercises, and dumbbell exercises to maximize results in a short time frame. Biking, slam ball and barbell work will be optional.

I've had more garage sweat sesh's while he naps or he's with me than in a gym and it's been such a great shift.     I'm a beginner, will I be able to do your workouts?
    All of my workouts are scalable to any fitness level!
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! All of my programs are programmed with a fully equipped gym in mind, however; all exercises can be performed with minimal equipment like kettle bells, dumbbells, and bands... which is how I train part time when I cannot make it to the gym! We are realistic around here! I'm here to help you in anyway I can!
