Hi Guys.👋🏽 Welcome to the, “4 YOU Vol.1,” Program. If your goal this year is to get STRONG then this program is 4 YOU! 4 YOU is a Home program created to: Build Muscular Endurance, Strength, Confidence, and all around Beautiful Lean Muscle. Here I’m going to help you achieve the results you’ve always wanted while having fun. My goal for this program is for you to learn the mindset of, I GET TO WORKOUT instead of I HAVE TO WORKOUT.     My name is Alexa Merkley — you may know me as @madmerkfit. I’m a CPT and Group Fitness Instructor. In 2020 after having my daughter I began my fitness journey. I struggled terribly with PP Anxiety and physical fitness became my outlet, my therapy. The past three years I have been working on my own personal transformation.     It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
