Hi everyone! I’m Aleks, I use they/them pronouns, and I’m a trans-masc/non-binary/Two-Spirit Lakota coach! I specialize in nutrition and fitness and work with trans-masc & non-binary clients. I help folks get ready for top surgery, the post-op recovery, and the gradual return to the gym. My nutrition focus is very anti-diet meaning we don’t restrict, we don’t calorie count etc. Focusing on all foods and how they can work for you to keep you strong, fuelled, and happy!
