How to schedule the program into a week? Do at least one workout dedicated to training only legs to hit them hard. Go for two leg days if you’re feeling frisky 🤪
If you go out on the weekends and hit the club, do this workout earlier in the week…you won’t look good on the dance floor with your post leg-day legs. 🕺
What do I need to participate in this program? A barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a nice pair of legs. 🦵🏻
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Preferably intermediate to advanced but you can always modify the movements to make them less challenging if need be.
