What makes your approach different than others?
I am specialized in functional and athletic workouts. I realized that doing stupid and repetitive weights just to impress people that you don't even like makes no sense at all. Being a wanna-be-bodybuilder only makes you LOOK strong. But if you actually want to BE strong, you need core-focused, complex exercises that target multiple muscles and challenge intermuscular coordination. I focus on building real strength that helps you in your every day life. My goal is to make you look better, feel fitter and build a body of steel.
