Hi! We are Aaron and Abby Johnson, owners of AJ Fitness. Our passion and commitment is to strive to be most well-educated and experienced coaches we can be. Aaron has a rich history in exercise science, personal training, sports, military, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. Abby has a background in exercise science & occupational therapy. Together, we have a unique acquired skill set to help all types of people improve their health. Outside the gym, we enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with family!

It depends on the workout! Our app will let you know if the workout requires equipment or not. We have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells/kettlebells) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you reach your goals.
Will this app really give me everything I need to succeed?
