This will be your 4 week progressive overload program. Focusing on maintaining weight and building muscle, shaping the chest. Your workout split will be this: Day 1: back and biceps Day 2: chest and triceps Day 3: shoulders and abs Day 4: legs Day 5: optional lift Each day will have 15-30 minutes of cardio on either the stair master or elliptical. I will also throw in a few at home workouts for you for your days in Mexico.
