Hey Kasey! Here is your new program. I switched up your program to give you something fresh and different to hopefully help with mindset! Days 1 and day 3 are what I call "big rocks days." Very strength focused. Focus on increasing the weight, and allowing proper rest intervals in between big sets. The more muscle you build, the faster your metabolism. On days 2, it's another pyramid of silliness! Just a weights version now. Day 4 is stretching, core, and walking. Days 5 and 6 are just walking!
