Here’s your 4-week EOS training program—super excited to be coaching you! You’ll have three workouts each week, each with a different focus to keep you progressing towards leaning out- and building your cardio. I recommend reviewing each workout the day before so you’re familiar with the movements. If you have any questions about technique or modifications, just send me a message anytime. At the start of each week, you’ll also find a devotional to help you grow spiritually alongside your physical training.
