Hey Cody! Here is your training plan for the next 2 weeks. We are going to continue monitoring, and try and get 20-30 minutes 2x a week of continuous movement. Whether that is just walking, or a combination of walking and bodyweight and light band exercises. But before we continue, I recommend following up with your doctor first from what we texted about today!
