Hi, I’m AIsha! I’m a mom of two, living in beautiful Santa Barbara, and I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the fitness space. When I became a mom, I worried that I’d lose the time, energy and drive to stay in shape or pursue my creative passions. But motherhood surprised me in the best way possible. It became my greatest motivation to prioritize balance and fiercely guard my physical and mental wellness. I’m now in better shape than I was in my 20s, proving that it’s never too late to become your best self. I’ve competed in half marathons, marathons, CrossFit competitions, and HYROX events, embracing the challenges and excitement of pushing my limits.
One of my biggest strengths is helping others build better habits and find consistency. I believe fitness and nutrition should be simple, effective, and—most importantly—never boring. Whether it’s through customized training, macros coaching, or sharing practical tips, my goal is to make health and wellness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
I’m passionate about leading by example, living an active lifestyle, and creating meaningful connections. You’ll often find me cooking delicious, balanced meals from my family and friends, exploring the mountains and beaches of Santa Barbara, or recording episodes for my podcast.
