After many months of going to the gym with a workout usually thought up on the walk there, I decided I needed some more structure and accountability to my routine to see results and to look forward to going each time instead of dreading thinking about what I was going to do and not being sure if I’d done enough or targeted the right thing.
After discussing my goals, exercise preferences, injuries, available equipment, etc and within a few days he had created a super simple, effective workout plan with varied workouts.
