    Hi, I'm Adriene! I first want to welcome you to my app and thank you for putting your faith in me to assist you in achieving your goals! I know you are in search of something whether that be to learn how to nourish your body properly, seeking new workout material, creating a complete lifestyle change, or the whole package, I am positive you will find it here. A little about me- I have been an athlete a majority of my life, but truly started taking my health and fitness seriously in 2013 when I realized how sick and tired I was of being sick and tired. The following year I began competing in fitness competitions and earned a 'Pro Card' in the bikini division with Fitness America. I fell in love with what the body can do when we treat it right and went on to receive certifications in fitness & nutrition. Fast forward to now, I am a new mom to a little girl, dog mom, military wife, and a corporate employee on top of building my own business, so I know how tough it can be to put yourself first. That's why I created Fast Track to Fit. I want to give other busy women, like myself, something they can do for themselves each day in 1 hour or less.     It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
