What’s up everyone?! My name is Adis Kačamaković. I am a twenty-one year old Classic Physique Competitor. I am a sponsored athlete with GAT Sport & Jed North. I’ve trained clients throughout the country online and one-on-one for three years now! I am so excited to launch my workouts on Playbook so you all can have easier access to my training tips and tricks, diet hacks, and to improve your bad habits!

Goals

My Playbook will help you INCREASE Muscle Mass, SHRED Fat, EAT Healthier through easy-to-follow diets, and of course REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS! I am going to aim to provide you all with my trainings. I will have tips and tricks on how to perform exercises and I will have challenges where you can challenge yourself based on your fitness goals!

Training Requirements

My workouts can be done at home, at the gym, with yoga-mats and simple equipment, and NO equipment at all!
