Hi there!! I’m so happy you’re here! I’m Adelene, mother of 3 and fitness entrepreneur. I own Get Lean Fiji, a fitness studio in Fiji & virtual trainer that offers HIIT trainings as well as High Intensity Resistance trainings to clients from all over the world. I love creating fun-filled HIIT workouts that are suitable for all levels of fitness and I ensure no 2 workouts are ever the same! I love incorporating powerful compound movements into every single workout while ensuring there’s enough energy left in the end for a lovely quick burnout! My workouts will challenge your fitness and take your mind & body to the next level! In a little over one year, I have grown from training a few women in my backyard to training up to 150 clients a week; providing a calorie counted meal prep service; developing Fiji’s first fitness app; selling my own line of fitness apparel; training more than 100 clients virtually through my private instagram page and hosting a TV based exercise program, ‘Move Fiji’, on FBC TV in Fiji. In 2018, I was one of three inaugural recipients of the Fiji government’s Young Entrepreneur Scheme which I used to help develop my fitness app; Get Lean Fiji App. In 2019, I received recognition in the inaugural class of “30 under 30: The faces of Fiji’s future”. I was also part of the panel discussion for this prestigious event in the Asian Development Bank’s Annual meeting 2019 in Fiji. In June 2019, I was a finalist for the Aspiring Entrepreneur Award at the Women in Business awards 2019. In 2019, I shared the stage with Australian of the year, Sam Cawthorn, as a speaker at the CPA Congress. I recently moved to Melbourne and have continued delivering my workouts virtually on Instagram with LIVE videos daily PLUS more than 450 on-demand workouts available on my virtual trainer IG page. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
