Classic mistake in the gym for beginners, you gave some good advice, because a lot of lifters look up to you. I think some beginners are under the impression they could max out all the time as well, because social media almost creates the illusion you can, and that’s not true, so hearing this from you means a lot Larry.

Very informative for a beginner learning the gym terms.
