My name is Adair! I got into fitness in about 2012, I got into it because of an ex who told me I needed to go, long story short after the relationship ended I realized I loved fitness and what it did for me! It gave me confidence, better mental health, it gave me my escape from the world. I did take time off here and there for difficult life reason but got back into it more seriously two and half years ago. I have been wanting to become a trainer and an online fitness coach for sometime and finally took the leap. I am working on full CPT but I took my certification for online fitness coaching. I want to help others the way fitness helped me. I want to help YOU feel confident, help YOU mentally, feel sexy in your own skin, realize what YOU are capable of, and crush your goals!
