I haven’t had a problem with kick-sits until this, with the side-to-side kicks with the hands staying on the floor. Those were super-hard. Something to work towards. I was able to do it when I slowed way down. Great workout/great challenge!

There could have been a cardio movement to increase the heart rate!! Overall it was a good workout.
