That was hard but love the kick-sits! Animal flow resembles my favorite parts of yoga - hand and arm balancing poses, jumping my legs trough my arms from down dog to sitting with legs straight ahead, and those types of movements. I think animal flow is more fun and interesting, and probably better for strengthening.

I haven’t been able to hit it daily due to a family emergency that’s come up but I’m hoping to be back and ready to implement this into my daily life. I find great value here.
