Day 16: Cardio EMOM (every minute on the minute) 3 moves Repeat each move for 5 rounds EMOM style ————- This is a 21 day workout program *5 workout days per week for 3 weeks *each week will have the same formatted moves each day BUT you will increase your reps each week AS you are more comfortable with the moves. That means you are able to push your speed & feel your strength increase *EQUIPMENT NEEDED: dumbbells (dumbbells), mat (optional) & a kickass playlist 👏🏼👏🏼

It was a rough night with the kids. My 2 year old was up through the night and the baby wanted to nurse. I could have went back to sleep, but I started my day right and chose to show up for myself. Thank you Abby! I can feel the changes.
