Yes Abby 👏 this workout is exactly what I needed! I’ve had 3 babies and I need to strengthen my pelvic floor but just didn’t really know how to incorporate this into workouts. The only way I knew to do a pelvic floor exercise was Keagle exercises. Today was a rest day but I still wanted to move my body, and this was perfect!
