Hey guys! My name is Abby Berner and I’m so excited you’re here! I’m not just here to show you workouts… I’m here to help you develop healthy habits, crush your fitness goals, and live a healthier & happier life. I personally struggled with self confidence at a young age which led me to discovering fitness and learning achievable, sustainable ways to lose weight, gain muscle , BUILD CONFIDENCE and become the best version of myself! I have now been weightlifting for over 8 years - 2 of those years being focused on competitive powerlifting. Once I experienced this change in my own life… everyone kept asking me HOW I did it - I knew right away I needed to help others.
