I personally struggled with self confidence at a young age which led me to discovering fitness and learning achievable, sustainable ways to lose weight, gain muscle , BUILD CONFIDENCE and become the best version of myself! I have now been weightlifting for over 8 years - 2 of those years being focused on competitive powerlifting. Once I experienced this change in my own life… everyone kept asking me HOW I did it - I knew right away I needed to help others.
