I have been in the fitness industry for 20 years and have been active my whole life through sports and outdoor activities. I am a Z-Health practitioner, an Applied Movement Neurology Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA. I have worked with athletes, business people, doctors, and everyone in between. I have helped people recover from major injuries, concussions, and chronic pain.
