    I have been in the fitness industry for 20 years and have been active my whole life through sports and outdoor activities. I am a Z-Health practitioner, an Applied Movement Neurology Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA. I have worked with athletes, business people, doctors, and everyone in between. I have helped people recover from major injuries, concussions, and chronic pain. I specialize in helping people tap into their nervous system to get stronger and learn how to connect better with their mind and body. My fitness and health business called Hybrid Fitness Training utilizes proven techniques that combine neurology and movement which helps build strength and confidence through brain and nervous system training, movement therapy, healthy lifestyle habits, and nutrition.
