Simple Hotel Workout

Every hotel has at least a minimalist gym set-up: elliptical, treadmill, dumbbells (5-50), and a weight bench. If you find yourself in a space with a cable machine, pull up bar, kettlebells (no way), and physioballs find yourself high class and lucky. I got accustomed to this simplistic setup while teaching on the road, and found out how to have a great workout with less. Here is one of my renditions.
