About the program

This course will teach you how to master your own bodyweight using minimal to no equipment apart from your surroundings. All you need is an elevated surface like a bench or a couch, a broomstick and a towel. This course doesn't include any gym equipment so the workouts can be done anywhere you want :) You will learn how to build strength, stability and skills to progress to more advanced Calisthenics skills. The course is designed into 5 levels from complete beginner with 0 training experience to beginner-intermediate calisthenics level.
