Hey y'all, it's Crystal! 2011 I stepped foot into my first gym, not really knowing what I was doing but I just knew I wanted to be there. I remember watching hours of YouTube learning how to perform every exercise and what muscles they work. Fitness has been a huge part of my life since then but I didn't start getting serious until about 2016, it very quickly became part of my everyday routine. I hope you enjoy fitness and getting healthy as much as I do, I look forward to motivating you and helping you achieve your goals!
