I'm Josh, and this is my story

I am here to help hold you accountable, but even more importantly, to keep myself accountable. I have dedicated myself and my life to faith, family, and fitness, including all who count on me or have put their trust in me. I use all of you as my motivation to stay after it. I've found myself too often without motivation, but I dug back into why I started and how I got here and remembered that it has always been for my people. You are my people, and I appreciate you coming along on this journey!

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
