About the program

Welcome to your mobility strength 1 program. This is a 6-week program including functional mobility for the shoulders, hips, and ankles/knees. Shoulder and neck complaints are some of the most common issues that I hear amongst people. The scapula serves as our shoulders stable base so these are the muscles we will be focusing on strengthening, and creating space in so that our shoulders can be more stable. Moving down to the hips; our legs do a lot which means our hips are. It’s not just about doing this program it’s also about your daily habits, how you sit, stand, and walk. I want you to be mindful of all of those things. This program will help you gain more range of motion and may even allow you to activate muscles that were otherwise underactive. Last but not least, the knees and ankles. I put these together because they really do work as one. Tightness or weakness in the ankles can lead to extra pressure and compensation on the knees. Throughout this program we will be focusing on the stability and movement of the knees with regard to strengthening the muscles around the ankles. This program is for all levels. I recommend doing these movements before your lifts OR on as a workout in its own entirety OR on active rest days.

    Online personal trainer

    As a woman living in New York City, it’s always been important for me to be strong. Not only did I have the goal of being strong but I wanted to feel good from within. There were things going on with my body that I didn’t understand, undiagnosed pain and injuries from no real cause. After dealing with chronic hip, knee, and upper back pain as well as a bloated stomach I took it upon myself to become an expert in myself and my health. It took years of trial and error and trying new things consistently for me to learn myself and after years of training so many individuals I’ve been fortunate enough to gain the knowledge to share with you all. The ability to live pain free with a good digestion is simple but really all I could ever ask for and a bonus is I can walk these city streets feeling strong and confident.
