As a woman living in New York City, it’s always been important for me to be strong. Not only did I have the goal of being strong but I wanted to feel good from within. There were things going on with my body that I didn’t understand, undiagnosed pain and injuries from no real cause. After dealing with chronic hip, knee, and upper back pain as well as a bloated stomach I took it upon myself to become an expert in myself and my health. The ability to live pain free with a good digestion is simple but really all I could ever ask for and a bonus is I can walk these city streets feeling strong and confident.
