Our expertly crafted exercises and routines will help you strengthen your knees, improve flexibility, and reduce pain. With this program, you'll be able to give your all in every workout, without letting knee pain hold you back. While also performing exercises that will target the root cause of your knee pain and progress you towards pain free knees! Say goodbye to limitations and hello to a stronger, healthier you. What you get: 4 full week programming 2 full body workouts 1 upper body workout 1 lower body workout 1 HIIT workout. Can use this program as a 2X a week program or a 5X a week program!     What do I need to participate?
    * You need either a home gym with dumbbells and/or resistance bands or a gym membership that has standard workout equipment * A positive attitude and dedication to the program
    What are the goals of this program?
    * Modify/avoid movements that are common in individuals with knee pain *strengthen limitations in the body that lead to chronic knee pain *Increase overall lean muscle mass * Get lean and burn fat * Build core strength * Improve posture * Improve mental clarity and focus
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    * The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form, as well as choose Progression 1 from the videos where optional. * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
    * Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
    How can I ask you questions?
