My name is Ava, I’m a motivated gym rat looking to help YOU achieve your DREAM body! I started lifting in 2021, I had no idea what I was doing, I was 95 pounds at 5’5” looking to gain muscle. When I found the gym community I finally felt like I knew what I was doing. I spent the last 2 in a half years researching and testing out different workouts to reach my GOALS.
