This program is your first step back into movement after having a baby. The focus is on reconnecting to your core and pelvic floor, rebuilding deep strength from the inside out, and restoring confidence in how your body moves and feels. Every workout is low-impact, safe for early postpartum recovery (once cleared by your provider), and designed to help you feel strong, supported, and in control of your body again.
