You’re training 5 days per week with intention: Glutes are hit in both lengthened and shortened positions to maximize growth. Shoulders are trained with true specialization for shape, roundness, and detail. Core is developed through strength, control, and stability, not just endless crunches This program is advanced. That means we’re not just going through the motions, we’re training with purpose, pushing intensity, and executing movements properly.
