Created to help you build a well-balanced physique while increasing your strength & endurance. This is the ultimate blueprint for fat loss. Your training combines high-intensity cardio circuits, volume strength training, and steady-state conditioning. Hitting 5 x lifting sessions and 3 x cardio sessions per week. Each strength workout is designed to take around 60 minutes with cardio sessions taking between 20-30 minutes. ** This is the same 8-week training as our pdf and previous app platform.
