About the program

This is an at home fitness routine designed to help the semi-active or non-active Dad get started back into fitness with the CORRECT dose of stimulus and healthy balance. This isn't set up in a way to say you can't do more, but it is set at specific sets and reps because doing more would be working against your progress! Most people I have worked with have a tendency to do too much too fast and that is where injury, burnout, and frustration are greatest. Let's enjoy this process!!
